DISTRIBUTION

Lake Anna Connections is published twice each year in the spring (April) and fall (October).
Over 11,000 high quality, full-color copies are mailed directly to the primary residence of the land and homeowners around Lake Anna. The remainder of the copies will be distributed to local businesses, including general stores, real estate offices, marinas and other convenient locations.

FORMAT

Advertisements can be provided camera-reody or our team of professional graphic designers can create a custom advertisement for your business at a nominal charge.
Lake Anna Connections is printed on 70-pound, high gloss stock in four-color and in a convenient size (5.5" x 8.5") to keep handy and available on your counter or in a kitchen drawer.

CAMERA READY

Macintosh format, Photoshop or Illustrator files are acceptable.
Include all fonts (screen and printer) and graphics used in the ad.
Graphics must be supplied as EPS or TIFF files and must be in CMYK mode with all fonts properly embedded.
All graphics must have a resolution greater than or equal to 300 dpi. High-resolution PDF files are preferred.

BILLING PROCEDURES

All advertisement and design charges are due and payable at the time the artwork is approved.

DEADLINES

All artwork and directory information. is due no later than February 15th for the April edition and August 15th for the October edition.

DESIGN SERVICES

If camera-ready art is not supplied, in-house design services are available and encouraged. Design charges are $70 for a half or full page and $45 for smaller advertisements.
